COO/CFO, Medical Device Start-Up, Beauty Industry — Collaborate with MD-founder and led all business operations from initial capital raise through commercialization (marketing and international distribution) to successful strategic exit to an industry acquirer.

COO/CFO, Media and Entertainment Venture — Lead business execution aspects of multi-state sports training facilities in direct collaboration with prominent retired MLB players, including capital planning, partnership structuring, and project execution.
Consultant, Feasibility Study — Conduct investment research, models and analysis and prepare report for a proposed new regional entertainment and athletic facility.
CEO/CFO (interim) & Consultant, Multiline Community Center — Identify material misreporting and cash flow shortfalls; assessed enterprise-wide financial and operational impact; asked by board to lead organization of 250 employees through governance, stabilization and transition to a new permanent CEO.
Strategic Advisor, Residential Religious Institute — Develop complex, long-term actuarial, financial models to ensure sustainability of operations and mission with alignment of funding with future obligations. CEO (interim), Multiline Community Center — Engaged following CEO departure upon the opening of a new $30 million operating facility with 4000 members. Identify major budget shortfalls and planned and executed strategy for minimizing. Oversee service pricing, new fee income and operational efficiencies. Transition to new industry CEO.
CFO (interm), Nonprofit University — Partner with President to support assessment for and execution of turnaround and lead financial operations and audit to prepare for re-accreditation. $37 million budget

Consultant, Beauty Industry — Conduct logistics and financial feasibility study for national cosmetic manufacturer in potential partnership for branded products with a premier hip-hop artist.
